A Quick Response Center (QRC) Supported by Flowserve Launched at Dynatec’s Tashkent Office
In March 2025, Dynatec officially launched a Quick Response Center (QRC) in Tashkent with the support of Flowserve — the first specialized facility in Uzbekistan dedicated to servicing, repairing, and testing mechanical seals. The new center marks an important step in developing a local service infrastructure for the country’s oil & gas, chemical, and energy industries.
Modern Workshop and Full Service Cycle
The QRC is equipped with professional tools and technologies that enable a full range of operations for restoring mechanical seals, including:
- disassembly, cleaning, and defect inspection;
- lapping of seal faces on high-precision machines;
- optical flatness control with accuracy down to 0.3–1 microns;
- static testing and API 682 compliance testing at 25 PSI (1.7 bar);
- final assembly using specialized lubricants and materials.
World-Class Infrastructure and Equipment
The workshop includes:
- dedicated zones for disassembly, cleaning, and assembly;
- washing equipment, lapping units, and drilling machines;
- high-precision optical devices (mono light) for geometric inspection;
- lifting and testing equipment capable of working with various types of mechanical seals.
The API 682 test stand provides the ability to perform leak tests and confirm compliance with international standards.
Expanded Service Capabilities
The QRC offers a comprehensive range of services, including:
- repair and modernization of mechanical seals;
- failure analysis and technical evaluation;
- supply of spare parts, seal kits, and couplings;
- on-site service work — from dismantling to commissioning;
- engineering support and seal system solutions in accordance with API standards.

The launch of the QRC in Tashkent significantly reduces equipment repair and service lead times, increases access to genuine Flowserve service solutions, and enhances the operational reliability of pump equipment across key industries.
