3 partners (Roelof Quintus, Gert Dam and Jason Forsyth) have together built up several AMS companies, active in Europe/Africa/CIS, M. East and Central Asia. Two companies with a focus on reciprocating gas engines and compressors have been sold to Cooper (private equity owned) in Houston in 2020. A previous set of companies was sold to Universal Compression (now Archrock and Exterran – both NYSE listed) in 2006. The sale of the compression activity has allowed partners to concentrate on IMBU BV in the Netherlands (IIoT – from design to end product), on Triarch (Netherlands and Switzerland) and on Dynatec (Uzbekistan). The latter is focusing on representing Principals in the Stans supplying the following industries: O&G, Power, Mining, Cement, etc… Dynatec also has an active IT department which supports IMBU’s activities in the Netherlands.
